Description:

Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for dispatching Police, Fire/EMS/HAZMAT vehicles, communications between dispatch and police officers/vehicles and Fire/EMS/HAZMAT vehicles, and storing incident and call-out information. Also, the PSAP for City of Laredo and Webb County (911). Emergency Communications Center (ECC) operates 24/7. ECC is also the emergency management coordinator (until the Laredo/Webb County EOC is activated).
