Community demand response transit operations. Archer, Baylor, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Wilbarger, rural Wichita County, and Young Counties. Contracted by department of health for paratransit/patient pickup. Main dispatch center is Crowell (in Foard County). Satellite centers -- communications with main dispatch is currently cellular telephone. Also, Head Start education program.
