Communications primarily for coordination of flood control operations, weather emergencies, and sharing of information about roadway and traffic conditions along interstates including implementing of traffic diversions/alternate routes (pre-planned scenarios and response plans) in the event of a major road closure. Currently voice communications, but future data communications in the future.
