Traffic Operations Center (TOC) operated by the City of Abilene to manage its ITS roadway devices, including traffic signals, vehicle detectors, dynamic message signs (future), CCTV (future), environmental sensors, and school pager systems. Currently at maintenance shop. In future will be managed out of engineering.
