| Project Description: |
This work consists of supplying a fully mobile Work Zone Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) trailers. The ITS trailers shall provide several subsystems including: CCTV camera, Variable Message Sign (VMS) and Radar Traffic Sensor System (RTSS) which will communicate wirelessly to the MassDOT Highway Operations Center (HOC). The Work Zone ITS refers to using technology to support more traditional work zone management and operational techniques. |
