Description: |
The study area is directly accessed by three federal interstate routes: I-95, I-10, and I-295. Other limited access facilities that are not a part of the Interstate system and within the study area are the Arlington Expressway (SR 10A / SR 115), from Liberty Street in the City of Jacksonville’s downtown to the east ending at Atlantic Boulevard; the 20th Street/Haines Street Expressway (US 1 Alt.), from the Mathews Bridge to I-95; J. Turner Butler Boulevard (SR 202), from I-95 to SR A1A; the Hart Expressway (SR 228), from Liberty Street to Beach Boulevard and US 1 Alt. from the Haines Street Expressway to Emerson Street; State Road 9A, from I-95 to St. Johns Bluff Road; and Southside Boulevard (SR 115), from SR 9A to the Arlington Expressway.
