The Conditions Acquisition Reporting System (CARS) is a database that contains information about roadways accidents, construction, delays, weather, and tourist events. CARS is a cooperative effort between several states, and Vermont information is input by authorized VTrans and VSP staff. The CARS server can also be used for information sharing between agencies and the media.
